The song was absolutely atrocious, but American Idol alumn Adam Lambert caused the biggest scandal of last night's American Music Awards when he shocked the crowd with his (albeit awkward) provocative performance. First, he grabbed one of his male dancers by the back of the head and shoved his face into his crotch, then he abruptly kissed his male keyboardist. Lambert claims the kiss happened "in the moment". I'm not a fan of Lambert's in the slightest, but good for him for pushing the "gay" envelope on national television. Let's just hope his music gets more interesting in the future.
